Project Overview

My project was to create a blog about an author and a specific part of their lives. I chose Alice Walker, the famous author of The Color Purple and many other books. My research question was “How did Zora Neale Hurston influence Alice Walker?” In my research I’ve included a paper answering this question, and a creative portion where I emulate the style of the genre that this author writes. I wrote a collection of poems for my creative portion.
